Blueberry Pie  

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix 6 cups blueberries with 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, juice of 1 lemon, and zest.

Roll out a pie crust and place in a pie dish.

Pour blueberry mixture into crust.

Add top crust, seal edges, and vent.

Brush crust with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until crust is golden and filling is bubbly. Enjoy!
